Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
Kitty Dupree cares for patients in the clinic and works alongside surgeons in the operating room.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Kitty gained extensive surgical experience as an operating room nurse and registered nurse first assistant. Working closely with orthopedic patients inspired her to pursue advanced practice nursing, allowing her to support patients through every stage of their care, from the initial diagnosis through treatment and recovery.
Kitty understands how pain and injury can interfere with everyday life. She takes time to listen to each patient’s concerns, answer questions, and explain diagnoses and treatment options in a clear and approachable way. Her goal is for every patient to feel heard, supported, and confident about the next steps in their care.
Kitty earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing from California Baptist University.
For Kitty, one of the most rewarding parts of her work is helping patients regain mobility and return to the people, activities, and moments that matter most to them.
Outside the Office
When she is not caring for patients, Kitty enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
